Goods
All items are subject to availability. We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days, but there may be a delay in particularly busy trading periods or if an item is out of stock. You will be notified and given the opportunity to amend or cancel your order, if expected dispatch exceeds this period.
We try our best and take all reasonable care to ensure that products are accurately described and represented via photographs. All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges.
Orders
We will confirm receipt of order by email. Should there be a stock issue or processing problem on a particular product we will inform you at this stage and both parties have the right to cancel the order. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made.

Cancellations & Returns
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been dispatched we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund once the goods have been returned to us. Your statutory rights are not affected. Payment
Payment is made online using PayPal. We are aiming to soon be also using Sage Pay to allow more payment options for our customers. If the issuer of your payment card does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us.
Promotional codes
Promotional codes are available at our discretion and subject to withdrawal without notice. Discounts apply to the order subtotal before delivery charges are added.
