STANDARD UK DELIVERY
We offer FREE UK SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £150. UK Shipping is £4.95 for all other orders.
No additional shipping charge is made if an item in your basket is being sent directly to you from the designer/maker.
All orders placed will be despatched within 24 hours and delivery time to you should be approx. 3 - 5 days. Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or DPD and will require a signature.
EUROPE
All European deliveries will be charged at £14.95 per order.
WORLDWIDE
Please email us to let us know what your order is and where you would like it to be delivered and we will advise on a delivery charge / any import charges.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to accept liability for instructions given to the delivery company that result in lost parcels.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer a refund on return of the goods. Goods must be returned within 28 days of original order and must be in perfect condition. Please email us at sales@justinnewland.com to receive a Returns Form and arrange the return. At this stage we are not able to offer Free Returns but we are hoping to be able to do so in due course.
